I contacted the store to see if they could work with me amd exchange it to a bigger size since this was an ongoing l issue and they had recently updated their size chart due to all the complaints. I never got a follow up amd now have a jacket I can't wear comfortably as it fits like a crop.

The embroidered jean jacket is very pretty and not stiff like some jean jackets. It arrived quickly. Customer Service was very helpful. We ended up having a duplicate order as my mother wanted to surprise me with it, and I ordered the jacket as well. Customer Service cancelled one of the orders and actually sent out the second jacket as well cost-free as it had already been embroidered. Arrived in a pretty box with a bow. Nice presentation.

I love the jacket it’s beautiful and love it has my future last name on it. I gave it 5 stars because i do love the jacket however these run very small I’m a plus size woman.. I usually take anywhere from a 3x-4x depending on the material and I ordered a 6x to be safe and I can’t even remotely close the jacket to button it I’m soo bummed out.

Prior to ordering the jacket, I reached out to them to see how my last name would look, due to the fact that it’ll be double hyphenated. They provided me with two mock-ups to choose from. I honestly didn’t think they would do something like that, but it certainly eased my nerves of not knowing what it was going to look like. Long story short, it’s perfect! I love everything about it & I’m so tempted to wear it before the wedding, but I won’t. The only thing I will say is that I wish I would’ve ordered it one size bigger just to be able to wear sweatshirts underneath it. But also haven’t tried. Love it!!

The communication on this order however was not great. It had been a few weeks before I realized I never got an update.
