What is Something New Bridal Box anyway? And what will I receive?
Something New Bridal Box is the best subscription box for any Bride-to-be! Every month, you will receive a new box packed with 4-7 on-trend Bride-to-be essentials! These items are a surprise every month, but generally include beautiful, full-sized wedding themed items, apparel, decor, planning tools, pamper/beauty products, fun bridal swag, accessories, tips and tricks, discount codes towards wedding-related purchases and much more!
If I sign up now, when will I receive my box?
All of our boxes are shipped at the same time each month, between the 4th and 6th of each month. We do this so that all of our beautiful Brides receive their surprise boxes around the same time! If you order by the end of the month, you will receive the following month’s box. For example, if you order on September 2nd, you will receive the October box. We post in the header on our homepage what month we are currently selling.
You’re sold out! Is there ANYway I can get in on this box?
We have Brides all over the world lining up to receive their Something New Bridal Box, and we only have a limited number of memberships available each month. We are so sorry that you missed this month’s box, but you can pre-order and reserve the following month’s box now so that you don’t miss out!
How does the subscription thing work?
Signing up for a monthly subscription means we will send you a lovely box filled with beautiful (and useful!) Bridal themed products every month! Your card will be charged on or around the 11th of each month to receive the following month’s box. You can cancel your subscription at any time (easily!) by logging into your account or emailing email@example.com. If you cancel after your renewal, you will still receive the box you paid for, and your subscription will be canceled after that point.
If you’re a savvy Bride, you may elect to sign up for a 3, 6 or 12-month subscription by pre-paying for the term. Selecting one of these terms saves you money in the long run and we all know how important that is! By prepaying for a 3, 6 or 12-month subscription, you will receive all of the boxes you paid for and if you want to continue your subscription at the end of the term, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to help you get set up! Your plan will not automatically renew at the end of your prepaid term.
Is shipping included in the price?
Shipping is not included in the price of the subscription but is billed as a flat rate of $7.95 per box in the USA, $15 per box to Canada and $23 per box everywhere else.
What’s the difference between all of the subscription plans?
The month-to-month plan means you will receive and be charged for a new box each month on an ongoing basis until you elect to cancel.
The 3, 6 and 12-month plans are offered at a discounted rate because those plans are paid in full up front. Prepaid plans do not automatically renew. If you’d like to continue on your prepaid plan after the term has ended, please email us at email@example.com!
I’ve joined the monthly plan and I LOVE it so much, I want to upgrade my subscription to one of the prepaid plans – can I do that??

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time (easily!) by logging into your account or emailing email@example.com. There is never a cancellation fee! If you cancel after your renewal, you will still receive the box you paid for, and your subscription will be canceled after that point.
If you are on a 3, 6 or 12 month pre-pay, there is no need to cancel as your plan will not automatically renew. You’ll receive all of the boxes you paid for until the end of your subscription term. If you really don’t feel like this subscription is for you after your first box, and you wish not to continue on, we can issue a partial refund calculated so that the cost of the box you received is equal to our month-to-month rate. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assist you. Please note: There are no refunds on prepaid subscriptions after the second box is shipped.
Can I return or exchange items in my box?
We do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds for any of the items in the box. We do our best to select items that we think you will absolutely LOVE! However, if you receive a sized item that does not correspond to the size you listed in your account, please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com and we’ll make it right!
What if my box or an item arrives damaged/defective?
We work really hard to package items so that they survive all of that bumpy transit – however, if you receive a damaged or defective item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving your box so that we can make it right for you! We may need to ask for pictures of the damage for reporting purposes so please don’t throw anything away before contacting us.
What if my card has insufficient funds at the time of my renewal?
The system will automatically attempt to charge your card for a period of 10 days after your renewal. If the transaction does not go through, your subscription will be canceled. Sad face. Please note: Something New Bridal Box is not responsible for any incurred bank or overdraft fees that may be accrued as a result of any renewal charges.
I’m not in the USA, what’s the deal with taxes?
Your country may charge a VAT, duty or other tax upon your box arriving in your country after clearing customs. Please note, Something New Bridal Box is not responsible for additional taxes incurred as a result of international orders and we do not issue refunds if you decide you don’t want to cover the tax or fee once the box has been shipped.
I can’t find my box, what should I do?
If your tracking number shows that your box was delivered but it really wasn’t, the very best thing you should do is call your local Post Office. The large majority of the time they are able to locate it. We are happy to help however we can, but please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If you need us to resend your tracking number, please email us at email@example.com
I got a notice that my package was returned to you, what should I do?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can confirm your mailing address. Be sure to double check the address you enter at the time of checkout so that it’s entered accurately. We hold returned packages for up to 60 days and we don’t want you to miss out on all the goodies inside! If the package was returned due to an invalid address entered at checkout an additional shipping fee will apply.
